Refund policy
This Policy may be updated from time to time. We encourage you to check back periodically for updates.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened, used, or tested personal care products, unless the item is defective or arrived damaged.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fees
Unless the return is due to a shipping error on our part, return fees are the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Final Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. This is includes the following:
- Accessories
- Bundles or Sets
- Items purchased with a Coupon/Promotional Code
- Promotional Items
- Sale Items
The determination about whether an item is eligible for return is made only in the sole and absolute discretion of whereafterco.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
